Finance Minister Hon. Henry Musasizi met with a Huawei delegation to discuss strategies for lowering digital service costs across Uganda. The government is partnering with the tech giant to expand affordable smartphone access, introduce tax incentives, and promote domestic assembly of ICT hardware.
